Community Building: Movement as Metaphor

March 3, 2013: National Association of Ecumenical and Interreligious Staff invited Building Understanding executive director Daniel Shorr to facilitate the closing workshop for their annual conference, held in Atlanta. Aided by dance partner and Building Understanding supporter Terry Mock, attendees were coaxed out of their comfort zone and came to enjoy themselves immensely as they engaged with their conference theme of Creating Communities of Respect in a very different way.
