Their mission: to promote study, research, reflection, and understanding of ethics and leadership through experiential opportunities and excellence in scholarship and teaching for members of KSU and the wider community.

Ethics and Leadership with Zola Batkhuyag Join Zolzaya (Zola) Batkhuyag to learn about her work with the Siegel Institute at KSU and her experiences as an ethical leader. Hailing from Mongolia, Zola has been a true activist of human rights and gender equality since 2008. She is a general coordinator of the Young Women for Change NGO and has led countless projects and advocacy work to raise public awareness and community building. From 2011 to 2013, Zola produced The Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler for the V-Day Ulanbaatar, a global movement combating violence against women and girls. She also led the youth election monitoring project during the 2012 Parliamentary Election. Zola's calling has been to promote human rights and gender justice.
